The Pasta Express Company is a Fast - Casual Gourmet Italian Cuisine that offers a wide variety of Pastas & Traditional Entrées in addition to Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Strazzata Pizzas, Focaccia Altamurana & Desserts - Pastries. When we started our business in 2021 we had one goal in mind: Introducing the West Central Coast of Florida to a staple of Southern Italian Culinary Dining and experience the unique aromatic flavors from the Providence of Potenza in the Basilicata Region of Southern Italy. Basilicata is a land rich in culinary traditions and unique flavors ranging from Breads (Matera) to Pasta Fresca Fatta a Mano (Fresh hand made Pasta) to incredibly tasty Vegetables (Artichokes, Eggplants, Finocchio, Peppers, & Zucchini) to Fennel driven Sausages (Lucanica) to Cheeses (Ricotta, Latticini - Fior Di Latte - Buffalo Mozzarella, Parmigiano & Pecorino - Reggiano) to wonderful aromatic Seafoods (Calamari, Clams, Lobster, Muscles, Sea Scallops & Shrimp). Thanks to our experience and dedication, we are bringing these delicious tastes to you, preparing Entrées that are freshly made daily, with all Sauces, Cheeses, Pasta's & Bread's prepared Di Artigiano (handcrafted - handmade) in-house and made daily.
